Five habits that will do more for your skin than any cosmetics

In the world of cosmetics, it's easy to believe that the solution is always in the new serum, the new formula, the new "revolution." The truth is, beautiful skin is very often about discipline , not quantity.
Here are a few things that can make a big difference in how your face looks and don't cost thousands of leva.
First, never go to bed with makeup on. It sounds obvious, but it happens. Every night that your skin stays covered slows down its natural repair process. Over time, this becomes apparent.
Second – wear sunscreen year-round. Not just at the beach. UVA rays are active in the winter, even on cloudy days. Photoaging doesn’t take a break.
Third – don’t overload your skin. Mixing too many active ingredients often leads to irritation, not a better result. Less, but properly selected , is more effective.
Fourth, cold water in the morning can do more than you expect. A short cold water rinse stimulates microcirculation and reduces puffiness. This is not magic, but physiology .
Fifth – protect the skin barrier. This is the invisible layer that retains moisture and protects against external aggressors. When it is disrupted, the skin becomes reactive, dry, sensitive. When it is stable, everything looks more even, smoother and calmer.
Sometimes the biggest investment isn't in more products. It's in following the basics – every day.
