Sofia: To all districts in the capital

Other cities: To all regional and municipal centers

Villages: To populated areas with courier coverage

International shipping:
European Union: All Member States

Other countries: Upon request and after prior arrangement

For Bulgaria:
Courier delivery to address:
Price: 7.99 BGN.

Deadline: 1-3 business days

Free shipping: For orders over 80 BGN.

Coverage: The entire territory of the country

Courier delivery to office:
Price: 5.44 BGN.

Deadline: 1-3 business days

Free shipping: For orders over 60 BGN.

Coverage: Cities with courier offices

Express delivery (Sofia):
Price: 9.89 BGN + 6.04 BGN (fee for exact hour)

Deadline: Up to 24 hours

Conditions: For orders placed by 2:00 p.m. on a business day

For the European Union:
Standard delivery:
Price: 17.20 BGN.

Deadline: 5-10 business days

Free shipping: For orders over 150 BGN.

Priority delivery:
Price: 28.00 BGN.

Deadline: 3-5 business days

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Standard time:
Orders placed by 2:00 PM: Processed the same day

Orders after 2:00 PM: Processed the next business day

Special conditions:
Working days: Monday to Friday (8:00-17:00)

National Holidays: Orders are processed the next business day

Customized products: 3-5 business days additional time

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Notifications:
SMS: We send a tracking number (fee 0.19 BGN)

Email: Detailed information about delivery status (free)

Call: Courier contacts before delivery

Online tracking:
You can track your shipment via the courier company's website.

You will receive the tracking number in your confirmation email.

6. CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING

Identity documents:
Mandatory presentation of an identity document

The person specified in the order, or an authorized representative with written power of attorney

Shipment inspection:
Right to inspection: You can inspect the outer packaging (free of charge)

Content: Check the number and type of products (free)

Damage: If any damage is found, notify the courier immediately.

Opt-out:
If you refuse to accept the shipment, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Possibility of re-delivery for a new fee

7. FAILED DELIVERY

Lack of recipient:
First attempt: We leave a notification

Second attempt: Next business day

Third attempt: By phone - we agree on a convenient time

Storage in a courier office:
Deadline: Up to 7 business days free of charge

After expiration: The shipment is returned to our warehouse

Additional fees: For storage after the 7th day - 5.80 BGN per day per shipment

8. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Customs formalities:
EU: All taxes and fees included

Outside the EU: Additional customs fees may apply at the customer's expense.

Limitations:
Certain products: Not available in some countries due to regulatory restrictions

Perfumery: Air Transport Restrictions

9. SPECIAL SERVICES

Delivery on a specific date:
Opportunity: For special occasions

Additional fee: 2.90 BGN (with specified interval) or 6.04 BGN (with specified specific time)

Advance notice: Minimum 2 business days

Delivery at a specific time:
Opportunity: For Sofia and large cities

Additional fee: 6.04 BGN (with specified specific time) or 2.90 BGN (with specified interval)

Time slot: Customer's choice

Saturday delivery:
Additional fee: 2.90 BGN per shipment

Delivery by 3 p.m. on Saturday

10. QUALITY CONTROL

Packaging:
All products are packaged in protective materials

Special care for fragile products

Discreet packaging upon request

Temperature regime:
Products requiring special conditions are transported in appropriate packaging.

Transportation with a cooler bag: 5.80 BGN per shipment (maximum dimensions - 30 x 30 x 17 cm)

Storage information is provided with the product.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Circumstances beyond our control:
Natural disasters

Courier company strikes

Pandemics or quarantines

Technical problems in transport networks

Notifications:
If such circumstances arise, we will notify you immediately.

We will offer alternative delivery solutions

12. COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS
